His Master of Business and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology have given him the academic expertise to assist many people on their professional and personal journeys to reach their full potential.

Under Hoss’s direct leadership in 2014, a $95 Million operation ranking #87 nationwide became #1 in profitability in just 6 months. In 2016, Hoss also transformed a $45 million project that was the most inefficient and least profitable to become the MOST profitable in the company’s history in just four months.
