These guys are definitely the best in Nor Cal. We switched over from Phong Law to Karns Karns we overall we’re not happy with the settlement amount that we were offered. We decided to work with another attorney and they got us twice as much as her team did.
A driver ran a late red light at the intersection of Santana Row and Stevens Creek Boulevard, clipping my front fender. Edgar Vera stepped in immediately, dealt with the other carrier's adjusters, and made sure all my chiropractic sessions and body shop repairs were covered without me paying anything out of pocket.
Got hit from behind along Capitol Expressway near Silver Creek during rush hour traffic. Signing up on my phone took less than ten minutes, and the legal team took over the entire claim right away so I didn't have to deal with the other driver's insurance company badgering me with calls.
